Important Information & Requirements

🚫 Food vendors are NOT allowed to sell any beverages.

All beverage sales are managed exclusively by the festival.

Festival Days and Times

  • Thursday, April 23rd, 2026: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Friday, April 24th, 2026: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Saturday, April 25th, 2026: 1 PM – 11 PM
  • Sunday, April 26th, 2026: 1 PM – 10 PM

General Rules

  • No subleasing booth space
  • Vendors must operate under the listed NAME or DBA
  • ALL vendors must be open and operating during the entire event duration
  • Vendors are NOT allowed to sell any beverages
  • All displays or products must be confined within the allotted booth space
  • Prior approval required for promotional materials

Health & Safety

  • Obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit from SNHD
  • Portable fire extinguisher (min. 40B rating) in every food booth
  • Class K fire extinguisher within 30-feet of grease-producing appliances

Application Deadline

Applications accepted until Friday, April 10th, 2026 or until sold out (whichever comes first).
