Festival Days and Times

  • Thursday, April 23rd, 2026: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Friday, April 24th, 2026: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Saturday, April 25th, 2026: 1 PM – 11 PM
  • Sunday, April 26th, 2026: 1 PM – 10 PM

General Rules

  • No subleasing booth space
  • Vendors must operate under the listed NAME or DBA
  • Strict adherence to festival hours — early closures will result in penalties
  • ALL vendors must be open and operating during the entire event duration
  • Vendors are not allowed to sell any beverages
  • All displays or products must be confined within the allotted booth space
  • Fliers are permitted only within your booth space
  • Prior approval required for promotional materials

Temporary Power

  • Each booth receives one 10-amp outlet
  • Only approved electrical items listed on your application will be allowed
  • Vendors must provide their own lights and extension cords
  • Power operates one hour before opening and one hour after closing

Application Deadline

Applications accepted until Friday, April 10th, 2026 or until sold out. Late applications may be considered with a $100 late fee.

Agreement & Signature

By signing, you verify that you have read and understand the rules and requirements listed above to be allowed to participate in this event. Any vendors who have not paid in full prior to the start of the event will not be allowed to participate. If any of the above rules are not followed it will result in the closure of your booth and forfeiture of your cleaning deposit. There will be NO REFUNDS of booth fees in any case, especially of inclement weather. All booth purchases are final, and payments are non-refundable. Failure to comply with any of the Rules and Regulations shall be grounds for immediate termination with no refund.
